We are very excited to announce that we are upgrading our scheduling software to allow our cleints to schedule a massage, join a fitness class or even sign up for personal training appointments in real time on the internet.  Rest assured, it is a very secure option and we hope to improve our client experience by making your appointments as easy and enjoyable as possible!

We are in the process of adding some new and exciting classes to our fitness menu. Many changes have taken place in our gym! We would like to welcome Sarah Dowell to the Arnica family! Sarah will be instructing the Cross Training Class and the Step Aerobics Class on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
 
On another note, Zumba will only be held on Saturday mornings now. We apologize to our Zumba fans, but class participation seems to be heading in other directions.
